By accessing or using Tubeify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tubeify is a video processing tool that allows users to upload video files for automated processing, including speed adjustment, pause removal, subtitle generation, and other transformations.

3. User Responsibilities

You must have the legal right to upload and process any video content you submit.
You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
You must not attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service.

4. Content and Data

Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 72 hours.
Processed output files are automatically deleted within 7 days.
We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or process through the Service.
You are responsible for downloading your processed files before they are deleted.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that processing will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any specific result.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tubeify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
