• Uploaded video files — temporarily stored for processing only.
• Session data — standard server-side session cookies to maintain your login state.

• Your email address is used solely to authenticate you and send login links.
• Uploaded videos are processed according to your selected options and are not used for any other purpose.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

3. Data Retention

• Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 72 hours of upload.
• Processed output files are automatically deleted within 7 days.
• We do not retain copies of your video content beyond these periods.
• Session data expires when you close your browser or after the server session timeout.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

• Uploaded and output files are not publicly accessible via direct URLs.
• Authentication is handled via time-limited magic links.
• All file transfers occur over HTTPS.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (PHPSESSID) required for the Service to function. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Request deletion of your data by contacting the site administrator.
• Stop using the Service at any time — your uploaded files will be automatically purged.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses open-source AI models (Whisper) that run locally on our servers. Your video content is not sent to any external API or third-party service for processing.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
